I hope that you can read our Policy on scan submissions. Scans must meet certain qualities, such as no blurriness and no jpeg artefacts. We especially do not allow images that have been stretched larger. Sometimes it's hard to tell if an image has been stretched larger or not, so it may be best to check with someone you trust before you submit it to the galleries.
